Lime and Pepper…

… yum!

How do you like these lime and pepper fabrics?  I think they really perk me up.  And pray tell, what your favorite lime and pepper recipe is…. I am trying to expand my cooking repertoire!

I’d better get back to the grindstone.  I have a lot to do today.  Hugs to you all!

  1. Of course Guacumoli is the best lots of great recipes on line but I add cayenne pepper to mine as I hardly ever have jelapino peppers in the house. Always have limes in the house. Bunny now off to see your thread talk feathers.

  2. I like these colors–crispy looking– I often add heated real lime juice and melted butter over my chicken before we BBQ grill it. Got to run.

  3. Oh I love these colors.
Hmm.. my favorite and quick recipe would be marinate chicken thighs in lime juice with some Indian curry powder(leave it in the freezer the night before or at least for an hour) and either grill it or bake it in the conventional/toaster oven.

  4. Hum. . . I’m loving that color combination and can’t wait to see what you come up with! As for peppers, I just discovered Pablano’s and add them into our family favorites, for something a little different.

  5. Lime is one of my favorites. I think that it adds a bit of “zing” to most any quilt. Anxious to see the final product……are you heading to the modern side?

  6. Lovely fabrics – a good way to use lime and pepper – squeeze juice, grind pepper and sprinkle lime zest over fresh fish fried in butter. Eat and enjoy.
