Happy Monday, Friends! I hope you are well. I have been well, but extremely busy. I saw this on Keepsake Needle Arts, and that pretty much described my life these last couple of weeks, except I would add Miss Baby to my version. :)
I completed and shipped out a quilt that I think could be my all-time favorite quilt — but then, I have a tendency to think that my most recently completed quilt is my all-time favorite. But this one is different….
I bound and shipped out a quilt my quilting angels completed for me — this one is SWEET — REALLY REALLY sweet!!!
And then, I mailed out this little project.
Then, there were a few things I will share with you in due time. But I can’t complain, because spring is here!
We also picked up Miss Baby’s Christmas ornaments now that the Needlework Show is over. Getting the “real” ribbon is a big deal for the Miss – you can read how she was bummed out here. In the car on the way back, she said, “Mom, having this ribbon makes me feel like I am a little famous.” It’s so fun to be 6, ha!
I will be teaching my painless fusible machine applique method for one of the classes at Rogers Sewing Center later this week. Below you see how small a shape I could applique using the method.
And I still have to complete a quilt from start to finish within the next 36 hours before I leave town…. GRRR…. I’d better run! Sometimes I think I have a screw loose…. Thanks for stopping by, and I do hope you have a most lovely week! Hugs to you all.
