Retro-fitted: Final Sneak Peek

Hello Friends, I hope you are well.  Today is a busy one for me – so, I thought I would say hello to you before things get crazy for me.  I finished up my Retro-fitted quilt over the weekend.  You may recall I had shown you these fabrics a few weeks ago.

Now the quilt is on its way to the editor.

Thanks so much for stopping by!  What is on your plate today?

  1. Oh looks sew Yummy! Can’t wait to see! Thanks for answering my question yesterday about design software… It’s on my list of much needed tools! Hugs, Karen

  2. My plate is always full! Trying to get a baby quilt done and to the long armer for my 7th great g/son due in Jan but they will be here for Thanksgiving so much hurry. Love your work!

  3. My plate is full………packing some boxes for our impending move is a priority. Other top priority is to quilt a “group effort quilt” for an ill friend. I’m anxious to see how all those fabrics go together. They are an interesting mix.

  4. No quilting for me today…although I did grab some Chik-Fil-A and stop by the quilt shop for lunch with my bee buddies. Had a follow-up with my vein doc, made time for a little mani/pedi, a stop by the optician to order new glasses….then… the airport to pick up our sailor, who is returning for good!! It’s been a long five years, with several deployments; and now I will have both my “boys” in the same city!! But next week will start my marathon march up to Houston Quilt Festival!!

  5. I am finishing a quilt that was given to me in pieces and was asked if I could turn it into a queen sized quilt. How could I refuse that challenge? It came off the long arm last night. Tonight, I bind the edges and hand it over to the owner on Friday!!! I’ve blogged about its process. Good times!
