Hello Friends, let round #2 begin without ado, shall we? :)
1. Sweet Inspiration (Quilter’s World, August 2012)
2. A Tale as Tall as a Tree (Quilter’s World, October 2012)
3. Sweet Shoppe (Simple Quilts and Sewing, Winter 2012)
4. Blissful in the Clouds (Quilter’s World Inspirations for precuts, Spring 2012)
Which is your favorite?
Thanks for stopping by! I wish you a lovely day!!!
Way too hard to choose this time! I love all of them!
I voted for A Tale as Tall as a Tree! I love baby quilts and I think the panels have been so ignored by quilters, mainly I think because they didn’t think about other possiblities than just finishing with binding, and only saw the panels as very limiting to what could be done. I’ve thought just the opposite!
I love the sweet shop quilt. I think it is because of the candy.
I made that purchase just for the Blissful in the Clouds. :) Need to find when I can fit that in to the sewing lineup!
This was a hard choice. I finally narrowed it down to the last two and then picked the last one.
I love your trunk shows. They are all beautiful designs and quilts so it is difficult to pick my favorite…but I voted.

Wendy, it is sooooo hard to choose just one!! I, too, love your trunk show!
Totally in love with Sweet Shoppe…mostly because applique is not one of my better skills, so I admire so much when someone does such an awesome job of it! I also agree with Chris, that some people don’t consider panels “worthy” of their talents. I tend to cut them up and make them into something completely different, so they still can be a challenge to make everything come together, sometimes even better than it was before!
Those last two had me ‘torn’…..but chose the last as that kite w/ rick rack is awesome and can be girl or boy! Am thinking that way cuz Grand daughter & hubby gave us the news that g.grand (#2) is due July 23rd(?) this year!!!!! This may be the perfect pattern!!!!!-D
Wendy, Sweet Shoppe is just such a happy quilt. It makes me smile.
I love “Sweet Shoppe”. I looked at the sites where you chose your fabrics done. I have mostly grandsons and I think the same pattern done with blue being the dominant colour would be darling for my youngest grandson, born in April of 2012, would be awesome. BUT, I do not applique well. I would need some practise on that and some guidamce on that part of the quilt. Thank you for the wonderful ideas you share with us. Have a blessed New Year!

I really like Sweet Shoppe because it is unique. I have not see any quilt like that before.
