Hello Friends,

I am taking a couple of days to work on other things before getting back into the thick of the battle quilty scene.  We took Miss Baby out for a spring photo shoot yesterday, and had a great time.  Here it is a photo of a tulip at the American Horticulture Society Headquarters at River Farm.  You can see how BIG the blossom is compared to a regular daffodil:

Have a lovely day, you all!  Come back tomorrow to have a look at Miss Baby’s Easter dress — boy, do I have a story to tell you about that dress!

  1. Glad you are taking some quality time off. The pictures are fabulous and just can’t wait to see Miss Baby’s Dress!! We are still working on the house and beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Enjoy the time off and give Miss Baby hugs and kisses.

  2. Time with family…..nothing more precious! The same can be said of our Easter celebration (minus ‘moi’ who came down with a severe cold preventing family interaction on any level!-( Those flowers are gorgeous! Last night’s and tonight’s temps are to be in the upper 20’s…..not good for all the tulips that are blooming (daffodils are already done!). Hugs, Doreen
