Ah, Christmas traditions. Don’t they just warm you to the cockles of your heart? ;)
The last minute crazy holiday sewing that seemed like such a good idea in September.
The last minute gift run half an hour before the stores close.
The unhelpful spouse who thinks dinner for 25 just happens and of course he has all the time in the world to watch college football after the kids have opened their gifts and you slave in the kitchen, muttering all the ways you’d like to stuff *him* down the chimney… LOL
Love your dishes and the dress is going to be another beautiful creation.
Your smocked dresses for Baby are beautiful! Wishing I knew how to make them.
Your little one’s dress is looking gorgeous! Love all that smocking!
Very nice Christmas decorations too. And yes, I am all done with shopping. Tomorrow I head to the mall with my adult children (we’re all kids at hear) and we are going to people watch! And of course eat some good food :D
Merry Christmas,
Sue
It will be gorgeous but you might have a few late night getting it finished. You display is beautiful.
Enjoy making memories for your little family.
Hugs Bunny
What a lovely dress that will be. I hope you are able to finish it…..if not, it could be a New Year’s day dress. Your pictures are always inspiring. Thank you for sharing.
Yep! wrapped them as I got them this year. Normally I wait until the last minute.
Not my favorite thing to do.
I know Christmas is going to be fun with your little sweetie pie.
Beautiful dress! Haven’t done any smocking since my girls were little. Am starting one for one of my grand daughters and hope to have it done before she grows out of it. Haven’t wrapped gifts for the grands for several years…..just made them all a special “bag”, which was really a pillowcase{20 min. pattern} and stuffed their gifts inside. Fabrics for the cases were chosen with each of them in mind so they were specific for them. They enjoy the cases and look forward to getting a new one each year. Christmas blessings to you and your family!
Nice Christmas touches Wendy! Hope you get that dress done. Yes! As of today all my presents are wrapped!

Beautiful everything…I like. (I can even smell the fragrance of your Christmas tree!). Now we know what Miss Baby will wear, what’s Ms. Mommy wearing?
Just stopping to to see how your coming along with Miss Babies dress. I hope you are able to get it finished in time. Your smoking made me go find mine, only to say, yep, it’s still there. Lol, no elves came to finish my ornaments. Maybe another time. If I keep watching you, maybe I’ll be inspired to finish the few I have left.
