Happy Monday, Everyone! I hope you had a good weekend. Despite the hectic schedule, I managed to steal a few minutes away with my husband admiring the glorious fall foliage in northwest Arkansas. I had found this absolutely beautiful tree a few days ago, but by the time I was able to show it to my husband yesterday, it had lost some of its glory, and wasn’t as pretty as the one he found yesterday.
I managed to finish the third of my four PRESSING deadlines, and “Spring Cozy” is ready to head out the door:
I went straight to working on these fabrics:
I thought “Spring Cozy” was a big quilt. The finished size was about 76″ x 76″ — these building blocks will be used to make a 94″ x 94″ quilt — something I have not done in my quilting life. It will be interesting!!
Thank you for stopping by. I hope your week goes well for you. I will get to all your comments left over the weekend – I haven’t forgotten about you! :)
Looks like the pieces will be fairly big so it probably won’t be as daunting as you might think initially. You will have lots of room for your beautiful quilting!
I like the fabrics for your new quilt, very pretty!
The quilt turned out very pretty!
Beautiful fabrics! and the next project will be beautiful as well.
Our colors are just beginning to change…
These really do speak of spring, all these fabulous fabrics. The finished goods look great Wendy. Enjoy the rest of your day…
Those fabrics for the new project look like so much fun to work with!! Can’t wait to see how this turns out!
