… it is… a teddy bear! You may click here for flashback:
Actually, it is going to be a series of teddy bears!
This is a cross-stitch kit I had picked up at the store because it was on clearance. It’s a kit from Dimensions’ “Gold Collection” because it involves stitching with metallic gold threads. I decided that it looked fun enough to do. I am ever so very slowly trying to turn my sewing room into a sewing studio (that’s the term fancy designers call their work room!), and thought the finished product would look at home in a “sewing” environment! But as you can see, I have a looooong way to go, which is okay – because I am ever so very slowly trying to turn my sewing room into a sewing studio…
All this talk about bears, I would like to give a bear hug to my readers at the beginning of a new week – have a great week, everyone!
p.s. I have more updates this week – stay tuned!
I came by late for Show and Tell, and I have to tell you, this is gorgeous! And it so looks like something I would have bought if I had seen it!
I am just now getting back into cross stitch after several years of nor doing t. I am enjoying it — though it takes me glasses and a magnifying glass to see it!!
Oh! How cute! And how wrong I was with my guess. I’ll show my children this one, they’d love to see it.
Very fun. I guess I saw the details but not the big picture. It will be perfect on the wall of a sewing room..
It sounds like fun and I’m sure you’ll love the room when it’s done.
Thanks for dropping in on my blog.
