Hello fellow Ivory Spring followers and friends! Wendy has invited and commissioned me to write a few guest posts this week while she is still “incommunicado.” I will begin by introducing myself and sharing a bit about how I am connected to Wendy.
My name is Melinda, and I am Wendy’s sister-in-law. A few years ago, I married her handsome and loving younger brother.
At our wedding, Wendy served as the event coordinator. Wendy’s talents touched many areas of our ceremony, and I especially liked her creative idea on how to decorate the bride’s cake.
You may not know that this guest post is not my first involvement with Ivory Spring. A couple of years ago, I had the privilege of helping Wendy to select a name for a quilt based on your submitted ideas. And more recently, I have been doing some behind-the-scenes work. More about that tomorrow! God willing, I will have at least two most posts this week.
Thanks for letting me introduce myself. Feel free to leave me any comments or questions. I look forward to connecting with you all this week!
