… an heirloomy collection! This time, the enabler is my sister! She had presented Baby with this precious picture frame!
Being a person who is crazy about heirloom and keeping things in sets, I couldn’t resist when I saw this to add to the collection for Baby. You can’t expect me to walk away from it with that obvious tea theme, can you?
:
And then THIS! Look at the cake, the picnic basket at the bottom of the frame. My sister gave me her whole-hearted seal of approval when she saw it:
I consider Baby my most important and lifelong “heirloom project”. Somehow, inserting a bit of heirloom element into motherhood seems to elevate the drudgery of mundane everyday mothering stuff. While we are on the subject of heirloom, I conned talked my sister into doing some crochet – so that she can crochet a lace tablecloth for Baby (at least that’s my big plan!). The last I heard, she was working on her practice stitch — keep up the good work, Sis.
That’s all, folks! Thanks for stopping by. I hope you have a great weekend. See you again on Monday!

Haha isn’t that what sisters are all about. But that is a lovely collection to have. I have something similiar but I REFUSE to look at the collection
.
What very lovely picture frames. They certainly make a wonderful way to document your babies growing years.
Those are gorgeous picture frames!!
I’m so glad you’re going to get a crocheted lace tablecloth for Baby!!
Those are so beautiful, Wendy, how special for Baby. And a crocheted tablecloth too, lovely!
What a wonderful collection. They will be great with the photos in them of sweet little miss….
The frames are really nice. I have a table cloth that my grandmother crocheted. That will be such a nice heirloom for baby.

“I consider Baby my most important and lifelong “heirloom project”. Amen to that, Wendy. She is your most important asset, and it is apparent you treasure her. Love your cute frames. Adorable!

Sheila
The picture frames are simply fabulous. I like the uniqueness of each frame. Baby is really a good project to have. More power and more success!
How pretty! Heirloom quality, definitely.
I love what you said about your daughter being your most important and lifelong heirloom project.
Lovely frames! Perfect heirlooms.
The frames are beautiful Wendy. Definitely heirloom quality. I’m sure your daugther will treasure them as she grows older.
I wanted to tell you I’m reading the book Just Jane, by Nancy Moser. I know you read it awhile back. What did you think of it? I found it difficult to get into, but now I’m enjoying it.
I hope you are having a lovely Sunday.
Nice frames! Crochet tablecloth on the way, it might be too advanced to give her a tablecloth now? Haha.. let me crochet her scarf as the first needlework project for THE princess.
I’m very honored to be part of your blog.
