Oh, I have been working, working and working, but I did get a big batch of projects shipped to the editor last week. Lollipop Spring is one of them. I used my trusted little home machine to try to imitate a long-arm look for this whimsical project:
I will be using this eventually to play tea with Baby:
I added a few three-dimensional ladybug buttons to add a little oomph to the whimsical-ness:
Gigantic vs diminutive:
I love love love the backing fabric! These fabrics are from Moda’s Tweet Tweet collection. Now, with a name like “Tweet Tweet”, the fabrics can’t be anything but sweet and cute!
A parting shot of the border:
Thanks for stopping by. I can’t believe it’s Friday already. Nevertheless, I wish you a tweet-ily sweet weekend!

My goodness, Wendy! That is gorgeous quilting! I think the longarmers (including me) should be imitating YOU…that ROCKS!

Dropping by to thank you for your well wishes for Mr. Magpie’s birthday. He appreciated it SO much. You helped to make his day complete.
I will be MIA from my blog for a couple of days getting things done here, so I want to be sure and wish you a Happy Memorial Day Weekend now. See you soon.

Sheila
